Thank you so much for stopping by and checking out my store! This is my second venture into the small shop world, and I am so excited to be able to take my past experience and put out incredible products! Below I have included some information on my shop, and some store policies!

 

Turn around time: items will ship out within 4-6 weeks of order being received. I am a one woman show, and a stay at home mom working out of her dining room! All items are also made to order as I don’t have the capital or space to store inventory! That being said, if you need something sooner shoot me a message using the contact form and I will see if we can work something out!

 

Shipping: All items will be shipped through USPS and come with tracking. I don’t print labels until I am actually packaging the order, and will typically drop packages off at the post office within 1-2 days of that. Once item is with the post office, it is out of my hands. That being said, if you do not receive your package please contact me and I will verify that the address I have on file is correct and contact the post office on my end.

 

Materials: Due to the fact that I do not keep inventory on hand and make each item to order, I do not keep blank shirts on hand as well. I will be doing weekly shirt orders from my supplier, which is one of the contributing factors to my TAT! If for some reason I am unable to get the correct color/size for your order, I will contact you directly to see if you would prefer a replacement color refund!

 

Materials used:

Shirts: Bella + Canvas with the exception of the occasional Comfort Color shirt. You can check which by swiping through photos on the listing to find the corresponding size chart.

Designs are applied using HTV (heat transfer vinyl).

 

Washing instructions:

Turn shirt inside out

Machine wash cold

No bleach

No fabric softener

Do not iron

Tumble dry low or hang to air dry

 

Refunds: As a shop rule I do not accept returns. If your package is damaged in the hands of USPS, unfortunately I am unable to do anything about it. While I am committed to putting out the best product possible and assuring quality, I am only human and sometimes mistakes can happen. If there is a defect with your item please contact me! I will accept returns within 48 hours of the item being marked as delivered.
